- The main product manufactured in EVESA is PAPRIKA OLEORESIN (ORP),
a natural colouring agent used in the Food Industry. ORP gives a yellow
to red colour, and is used worldwide in meat products, soups, etc. It is
available as PAPRIKA OLEORESIN OIL SOLUBLE and
PAPRIKA OLEORESIN WATER SOLUBLE
- In addition to the extract, EVESA also manufactures PAPRIKA
POWDER, a spice full of flavour and taste of paprika.

obtained from typical Spanish sources like Rosemary, Oregano and Red Thyme,

ANTIOXIDANT
- BORDANTIX® is a natural rosemary antioxidant manufactured in EVESA.
This rosemary extract is used to avoid rancidity in oils and fats, and
is available in two forms: BORDANTIX® POWDER
and BORDANTIX® LIQUID.

- GARLIC POWDER is a finely ground powder prepared
by dehydration of garlic bulbs and followed by a milling process.

- NEOHESPERIDINE DIHYDROCHALCONE (NHDC) is mainly
used to sweeten diet and low-calorie food.
- NHDC is approximately 1500-1800 times sweeter than sucrose (common
sugar) at threshold limit concentration. A very important characteristic
of NHDC is the synergistic sweetening effect it has when combined with
other sweeteners.
